High School Honors Band Nomination Form

Procedures for submitting students for High School Honors Band membership:

1). Students must be recommended by their band or orchestra directors.
2). Directors should complete the online Participation Recommendation Form here.
3). Band or orchestra directors may NOT recommend more than 25% of your high school band enrollment.
4). Student's applications will be reviewed on first-received, first-served basis.

Every effort will be made to include students from every school that applies prior to the deadline. We cannot guarantee that all students submitted will be accepted. Each participating student will be assessed a tuition fee of $35.00 to cover the expenses of the event [not including food and lodging]. This fee will be due at the event registration. 

Please rank students from top to bottom overall (not by grade level). Your overall best student should be #1, and your overall last best student should be your highest # in your rankings.
