Middle School Honors Band Nomination Form
Procedures for submitting students for Middle School Honors Band membership:
1). Students must be recommended by their band or orchestra directors.
2). Directors should complete the online Participation Recommendation Form here.
3). Band or orchestra directors may NOT recommend more than 25% of your middle school band enrollment.
4). Student's applications will be reviewed on first-received, first-served basis.
Every effort will be made to include students from every school that applies prior to the deadline. We cannot guarantee that all students submitted will be accepted. Each participating student will be assessed a clinic fee of $25.00 to cover the expenses of the day's activities. This fee will be due at the clinic registration. Meals will be available at the student's expense on the campus or at our many local restaurants.
